I took up film photography after reading Bernadette Mayer’s Memory in the spring of 2025. Around that time, I found a Nikon EM on a stoop in Bed-Stuy. Some months later I traded a leather jacket for my brother’s Pentax K1000. Below are a few series that I’ve cobbled together since getting those cameras.
